Orders online


You can easily find your favourite products in our bookstore by Keywords, Categories, Product Language, or Producer. In order to purchase the selected product click the BUY button in the product page or in a list of products. When you have finished browsing and want to place your order, please click CART at the top right of your screen.
The checkout is a simple five-step process.

1. Shopping Cart: review the contents of your cart. You can adjust the number of copies for each item, remove the items you don't want, and calculate the shipping costs. Click CHECKOUT in order to proceed.

2. Log-in: in order to place your order you have to  be registered:
  • If you have already registered as a user of our website, please fill in your email address and password. and click LOGIN. If you don't remember your password, please click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?: a new authomatically generated password will be sent to the email you have filled in.
  • Those who do not yet have an account are invited to register. Please fill in as much information as possible, and note that fields in red are compulsory. All information submitted will be kept in accordance with our privacy policy.
Click CREATE ACCOUNT in order to proceed.

3. Shipping Methods: choose your favourite shipping method (for the safety of your delivery, trackable Shipping Methods are recommended).
Click CONTINUE in order to proceed.

4. Payment Method: choose how you want to pay for your order.
Currently HDH Communications accepts payments for orders on-line by Credit Card through the PayPal secure server, by Bank Transfer and by Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries in Italy). You can also order off-line by telephone and by fax, where you can pay with your Credit Card.
You can also fill in a new billing address for your order if this is different from your shipping address.
Click CONTINUE in order to proceed

5. Review/confirm Order: Please review all the details of your order carefully. Depending on the method of payment you selected in the previous screen, the remainder of the checkout will be the following:
  • If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card through PayPal, click CONTINUE to be taken to the secure PayPal website. Log in with your existing account or create a new PayPal account to pay for your order in a few simple steps. When you have completed your payment, click 'Back to merchant' to receive our confirmation.
  • If you have chosen to pay by Bank Transfer, click CONFIRM to complete the order and receive payment instructions. Please transfer the amount due without delay, as your order will not be processed until we have received your payment in full.
When your order has been processed successfully you will receive confirmation, on screen as well as by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our Customer Service.
