Payment Methods for Orders by Fax:
  • Credit Card
  • Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries in Italy)
In your fax you should specify:
  • The exact title(s) of the products you want to buy;
  • your first name, family name and full address
  • your email address and your phone number
  • if you want to pay with your Credit Card or Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries in Italy)
Our operator will contact you to process the order.

Credit Card: this is a secure payment method. Your personal info will be treated by our operators only while completing the payment process and will not be kept in any database. Once we get your fax, our operators will contact you on phone and read all details of your order and will inform you of the total cost for products and the total cost for delivery. You will be asked your Credit Card number and expiration date. Your Credit Card will be charged the total amount, incuding all shipping costs, and your order will be immediately processed.

Cash on Delivery (only for deliveries in Italy): Once we get your fax, our operators will contact you and read all details of your order and will inform you of the total cost for products and the total cost for the Cash on Delivery option. Your order will be immediately processed. You will pay the total amount directly to the postman on delivery.
Important: the Cash on Delivey option is available only for deliveries in Italy.
