2. Making Payments
Vaticanum.com accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, wire transfers and Cash On Delivery (this method of payment is available for Italy only).
In order that we may provide to you the lowest possible price and best service, we ask that all orders be prepaid.
We realize that in some cases prepayment is not possible for institutions that are required to issue purchase orders. In such cases please send an email to our Customer Service.
2.1. Credit Cards
We use PayPal secure system: even if you are not registered with PayPAL, you can safely enter your entire credit card number via PAYPAL secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Items will be prepared for shipment within 48 hours after we receive the confirmation of the payment.
2.2. Wire transfers
Have your bank electronically transfer the total Euro amount of your order using the routing information below.

HDH Communications must receive your payment within 10 working days after your order is placed or your order will be cancelled. Please allow one business day for order processing after HDH Communications receives your payment.
Your order will be prepared for shipment within 1 business day after we receive your wire transfer.
Wire transfer's costs are at the Client's expense. Please ask your Bank how much is the wire transfer's costs they charge.
2.3. Cash on Delivery - C.O.D. (Only for deliveries in Italy)
With the Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) mode of payment you can pay for your order only when you receive it.
Please be aware of the following conditions:
* Cash on delivery does always mean “cash” as a payment (no cashier’s check, credit card or personal check are accepted);
* please have the exact amount which corresponds to the amount of the order ( no change will be given).
3. Shipping - General conditions
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We maintain a large stock of inventory and we usually ship within 48 hours of receiving an order.
Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country outside EU to which you have your order shipped.
These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. HDH Communications cannot be held responsible for any delay in customs.
The shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 50 grams.
Please note: No Express Deliveries weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays.
3.1 International deliveries
For your protection, Vaticanum.com will send any order to an international destination via the following trackable methods:
*International express courier (delivery time: 24/72 hours, weight from 0 to 20 Kg)
*International certified mail (delivery time: 10 business days, weight from 0 to 2 Kg)
If package exceeds Kg 20,00, please send an email to our Customer Service for a less expensive shipping quotation.
3.2 Delivery Conditions - Italy only
There are three different delivery methods for Italy:
If the package weighs up to 2 kg:
*Priority Mail (not trackable)
*Certified Mail, only when you choose Cash On Delivery as payment method (trackable)
If the package weights more than 2 kg. and up to 20 Kg:
*Priority Express Courier (trackable)
*Ordinary parcel (not trackable)
If you choose a not trackable method, please consider that the goods travel at client's risk. HDH Communications cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss in shipping.
If package exceeds Kg 20,00, please send an email to our Customer Service for a less expensive shipping quotation.
4. Return Policy
If you feel that the item you have bought is faulty, please send an email to our Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of the item. Then return it by mail to the following address: HDH COMMUNICATIONS, Refunds - Corso Genova 12, 20123 Milano, Italy. Provided that you have not damaged the DVD, the DVD is faulty and you could not be aware of the faults before using the DVD, we will happily offer you a full refund or, if you prefer, replace the DVD. Please be aware that, in order to have right for the reinbursement or the replacement, the faulty item must be returned with its original box.
The shipping cost to return the item to HDH Communications must be borne by the Client.
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. HDH Communications cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
5. Warranty of the Consumer (Diritto di recesso, D.Lgs. 22 maggio 1999, n. 185)
Vaticanum.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in the product description and warrants that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current. All our DVDs are coded 0 (ALL) Region, so that they can be viewed by any player in whatever Country of the world.
However, you may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Vaticanum.com within 10 working days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Client can also send within 10 working days a Certified Mail with return receipt at the following address: HDH Communications srl, Corso Genova 12, 20123, Italy. You can also send your letter or a fax (+39 02 58309965) and then send the certified mail within 48 hours. You will only have to pay the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within 15 days.
6. Applicable Law
By visiting Vaticanum.com, you agree that these Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Vaticanum.com will be governed by the Laws of Italy whose courts in Milan shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise deemed by HDH Communications.
